i had a couple of pretty good ones, i thought.. my first one was theocratic news.
i know a lot of congregations that did this one.
we had a long table facing the audience, and we gave the "theocratic news" from the km as if it were a tv news broadcast.
I also got counselled for wearing a dress that showed a little bit of my shoulders

I once did a presentation in french pretending to be a foreign householder so someone could use that booklet with all the different languages in.
I couldn't realy speak french, just the odd word and mumbled "alor, blah blah, la le, blah, alor" a lot.
i never felt comfortable knocking on door and i hoped no one would be home.
my presentation was short and to the point because i did not want to get into discussions.
as we walked from "door to door" i secretly wished i could be like all the ones i saw in the nighborhood.
the idea of "car groups" intrigues me. I have never heard of this in the UK, we just drove to the territory in our own cars, all got out and did the territory for 1-2 hours, then went home.

ignoring all the scriptures about gluttony though, being obese is seriously bad for your health. So if you can be DF'ed for smoking (because it is unhealthy, and damages your body - therefore not shoing respect for your body), why not also obesity?

No, and I know they are extreme cases. I'm just generalising, in nearly all cases people that eat healthy food and exercise are not obese.

It definately works that way around - loads of thin people can eat anything and never put a pound on.
I've never met an obese person that only eats healthy salads and takes regular exercise though.

But it does nearly always mean that person is eating too much for them, otherwise they wouldn't be fat. They might have a slow metabolism, fine, then then need to eat less.
All the fatty Jdubs I ever knew ate loads, cakes after every group, biscuits with every coffee, then wondered why they were fat?

yea sounds exactly the same with me, they will talk to me... just... if i make all the effort. If i don't then I never hear a thing. I'm sure they go around saying I am a terrible son to all the other zombie dubs!
